rushIMPRINT utilizes certain entities to perform specific functions. We do not sell Personal Information or share it with others for advertising purposes.
We do not process payment information. We tokenize credit card information immediately upon collection and send the tokenized information to a vendor who processes the payment on our behalf. We do not store encrypted or unencrypted credit card numbers.
Data Retention
We store information relating to the Site, including any Personal Information collected through the Site, in servers located in Pittsburgh, PA. Unless otherwise legally required, we will delete information after 7 years without further notice to you. We may therefore need to recollect Personal Information if you visit or engage with the Site after that.
Security
We use reasonable physical, electronic and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized or unlawful access, use, loss, destruction or damage. For instance, to protect the privacy of all visitors to the Site, all sales transactions are encrypted with SSL (secure sockets layer) technology. The servers on which Personal Information may be stored are secured behind firewalls and require login credentials to access. Do-Not-Track Signals

Our products and the Site are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from, children under the age of 14. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 14 we will delete that information.
