Every item has a custom imprint area that requires a new screen to be made. The setup charge covers
the cost of the burning and setting of that screen. This is a fixed charge that does not vary with
order quantity. Setup fees are waived for re-orders of the same item with the same artwork because
the screen has already been made.

There are various ways to imprint logos and text onto our products. Below is a description of each.
Note that not every method will be available for every product.
Silk Screening/Screen Printing – Ink pressed through an emulsion negative creates an image on
paper and cloth products.
Heat Transfer – Images are permanently embedded into a product using a heat press.
Pad Printing – Best for plastic. Your logo is lifted onto a silicone pad that presses down and
transfers ink onto the product in up to 4 colors.
Laser Engraving – A custom artwork template guides lasers in cutting out your custom logo.
Debossing – A custom metal die of your artwork is pressed into the product’s surface creating
a depressed imprint.
Embroidery – A computer processes your artwork and creates a digital pattern which is then
stitched into textile products.
Sublimation – Imprint using heat activated dyes permanently embedded into a product. In the
case of fabric, the dye absorbs into the pores rather than sitting on the surface.
Full Color – Imprint method that includes all colors, halftones and gradients present in your
artwork
